Great place to visit if you’re with a group or just can’t decide what to eat. There are plenty of food and drink options from some of NYC’s most popular restaurants, so everyone can find something they like. The atmosphere is lively, and it’s a fun place to hang out.  Don’t miss the rooftop after your meal. It has fantastic views of the Brooklyn Bridge, Manhattan Bridge, and the Manhattan skyline, making it a great spot to click pictures or just take in the scenery. Best of all, the rooftop is free to access. Look for the elevator or stairs next to the entrance .

6/2/2026, Went to this place to see and taste some of the foods of the small businesses. To my surprise I decided to try the Pastrami Sandwich and to my surprise it was tasteful though I had better. You have a variety of small businesses of food vendors to try their food. I was truly impressed with the amount of food vendors. It has been years since a visited Dumbo area and a lot changed.

Time Out Market New York is a fantastic place to sample a wide variety of food under one roof while enjoying stunning views of the Brooklyn Bridge and Manhattan skyline. The atmosphere is lively and energetic, making it a great spot for both locals and tourists. We enjoyed exploring the different food vendors and found the quality to be consistently good. There is something for everyone, from classic New York favorites to international cuisine. The rooftop seating area offers spectacular views and is a wonderful place to relax with a meal or drink. It can get quite crowded during peak hours, so finding a table may require a little patience. However, the vibrant atmosphere and excellent food selection make it well worth the visit. A must-visit destination when exploring Brooklyn and the DUMBO area.

A fun place with lots to do and eat! We had a wonderful time here, especially on the rooftop. The best views of the Brooklyn & Manhattan bridges. My only complaints are the lack of women’s restrooms. I waited in a very long line for at least 20 minutes during peak time. But the restroom was very clean and maintained! The unisex bathrooms had much shorter lines, but are not cleaned and maintained throughout the day...GROSS. Also, it took a while for staff to clean up dining spaces where guests left their trays and leftovers. Otherwise, we had a great experience and will return when the weather warms up!
